Do not TRUST XEND EXPRESS


I've been selling stuffs online for 2 years now. My latest client is from Commonwealth Quezon City. She ordered cupcake boxes for her daughter's 7th birthday on Saturday, 18 Aug 2012. Last Saturday, Rowell of XEND Express picked up the package at my place in Paco, Manila. I was confident that the items will be delivered the following day or Monday the latest,but I was really shocked when my client called me last Wednesday, saying that she hasn't receive the package yet, until now, (thursday) the items are still somewhere I dont know. We, my client and I, tried our best to get hold of XEND's Customer service but unfortunately, due to their NOT SO PROFESSIONAL service, no one is answering the phone either it rings lang or busy. I tried to contact them via email and chat on their facebook page but NO LUCK still.

Now, I end up replacing the packaging and have my client pick it up even though I have a wedding to attend to tom, 17 Aug 2012. :( Wearing gown and make up I still need to meet my client for the boxes. Very Frustrating!I decided to use other courier service next time >:(
